As founder of Heitmeyer Consulting, Norm has extensive experience within the financial services industry. During his 15 year career at Bank One, he was responsible for both technology and operational groups within the enterprise. Since founding Heitmeyer Consulting in 1999, his focus has been to build the company and to always focus on providing exceptional services to clients while staying grounded to the principles of Integrity, Value, and Expertise. At the same time, he was focused on building a firm to be very “niche” focused within Financial Services, and has surrounded himself with a staff to allow that to happen. His relationships with clients have been built on trust and flexibility, while building his team to be flexible and nimble relative to the changing times in the Banking industry.
As a graduate of The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, Norm is an avid OSU fan and enjoys attending games of his alma mater. He also enjoys golfing , running and the outdoors.
He is a recent “empty nester” with his wife, as his 3 daughters are in college and is proud to have a stepson serving our country in the U.S. Army.
Janet Doyle is a Senior Recruiter for Heitmeyer Consulting. She has been in the recruiting industry for 15 years . She started her career as a programmer and systems analyst for BancOhio then spent over 16 years in the Disaster Recovery Industry as a consultant for financial institutions and then as a Business Continuity Manager for both JP Morgan and Bank One. It was in this capacity that Janet worked with all lines of business. Both clients and candidates value and appreciate working with Janet because she understands client’s needs and qualifies candidates that fit their requirements.
Janet earned a bachelor’s degree from Ohio University with a major in computer science. In her spare time Janet enjoys hiking, travelling, concerts, theater and spending time with family and friends.

Client Relations Manager
Nicole Burton is the Client Relations Manager for Heitmeyer Consulting. Nicole serves as a liaison to our clients to ensure that we are effectively maintaining our relationship and that we are providing the best services possible. It is her attention to detail and commitment to the success of the organization that keeps our organization running smoothly. To that end, Nicole is responsible for scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and obtaining required documentation. In addition, she manages our social media, plans company events, attends community networking events, job fairs, and trade shows, and leads company philanthropic activities. Furthermore, she plays an integral role in employee development initiatives for our team.
Nicole has a Master of Organization Development as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bowling Green State University. In her free time Nicole enjoys discovering new restaurants in Columbus, cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes, travelling, and spending time with her husband.
Random Fact: Nicole cannot whistle.
Patty Amici is the Finance Manager for Heitmeyer Consulting. Patty has been part of our successful team since 2004. She is responsible for all payroll for employees and subcontractors, billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, all banking and financial transactions, financial statements and all tax returns. If it has to do with Heitmeyer Consulting, Patty’s involved.
Patty has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from The Ohio State University. In her free time Patty enjoys travelling around Columbus watching her son’s band play, cheering on her Ohio State Buckeyes, walking her dogs, and volunteering at her church.
Random Fact: Patty is allergic to cinnamon.
Lee Ann Grimsley
Lee Ann Grimsley
Lee Ann has the responsibility for new employee on boarding activities as well as the ongoing main point of contact for the employees, including payroll communication. She has worked at Liberty Bank, LPSI, as we all as Bank One over the years in positions of increasingly responsibility.
Lee Ann attended OSU (Oklahoma State University), and as a resident of Columbus is now a fan of the “other” OSU (Ohio State Buckeyes). She enjoys golf, spending time with her husband and family, and travelling.
Kim Dickinson is a part-time Recruiter for Heitmeyer Consulting. Kim came to us from National City Bank where she led the Columbus-based Treasury Management Operations Team, which at the time included Analysis Reporting, Data Transmission, Corporate Web Products, and Autosweep. Throughout this time, she was heavily involved in numerous product implementations. Kim utilizes this experience to effectively identify and source high-end candidates for our clients. She is committed to understanding the needs of both our clients and our consultants, creating mutually beneficial, long-term relationships.
Kim earned her Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Ohio University. She married her high school sweetheart and in her free time can be found at any number of rinks or fields, cheering on her three boys.
Random Fact: To the dismay of her co-workers, Kim always has her heater on.
Business Development Manager
Kim Waits is a Business Development Manager for Heitmeyer Consulting. She has been in the staffing and consulting industry for over 20 years, focusing on providing exceptional service in the financial, manufacturing, retail and technology markets. Kim understands the importance of knowing her clients culture, as well as their future goals of change so she can be prepared to provide the right candidates when needed – whether contractually or full time employment.
Kim attended Franklin University and focused on Business Management and Finance. She enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
Beau Rush is a Recruiter for Heitmeyer Consulting. He is professional and energetic with a keen ability to fit qualified candidates to the right position and organization. Beau came to us with a background in retail banking, mortgages and the telecom industry. Beau was a 2008 Summit Award winner during his time with AT&T. The Summit Award is given to the top 2% of representatives.
Beau has a degree in Business Management. In his spare time he enjoys hiking, kayaking and live music.
