Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support our banking client embarking on a 2-year initiative to implement a new, consumer deposit platform. This platform will unify systems such as Hogan core deposits, online banking, digital, mobile, and branch servicing tools. The Senior PMs will coordinate across workstreams, managing upstream and downstream integrations and supporting regulatory compliance efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, execution, and budget management
- Oversee integrations for core deposits, branch servicing, origination systems, and digital client applications.
- Manage regulatory-driven initiatives, including responding to MRAs and regulatory requests.
- Coordinate with technical and business teams to ensure smooth implementation across multiple workstreams.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Senior Project Management experience on large-scale system implementations/integrations.
- Experience managing upstream/downstream dependencies for core system conversions.
- Banking experience, preferably consumer core deposits
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and use of Jira for tracking and epic creation
- Familiarity with technical concepts such as APIs, batch processes, and data structures.
- Ability to address and manage regulatory requirements
