Location: Columbus, Cleveland, Buffalo, Albany, NY (travel every other month or once a quarter for mocks and dress rehearsals)
Job Summary:
This position supports our banking client on various large wealth initiatives including a modernization.
Top Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements from the wealth business, create and drive the technical design, build flowcharts and diagrams
- Design and define acceptance criteria and user stories
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies including grooming
- Analyze SQL and perform data mapping
Must-Have Requirements:
- Lead-level technical business analysis with a software development background or strong experience on development/integration projects
- Experience with technical design and architecture – APIs, pub-sub patterns, process mapping (tools don’t matter)
- Wealth product domain expertise
- Agile/Scrum experience – grooming, defining acceptance criteria and user stories
- Ability to read and write basic SQL queries; data mapping experience
- Must be outgoing, confident, and able to speak assertively in front of teams or leadership
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with wealth platforms such as Pershing (NetX, NetXInvestor), FIS (Global Plus, Global Office), MoneyGuidePro, eMoney, Investnet
- Big Query or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Diagramming tools: Visio, Miro, Draw IO
