Lead Technical Business Analyst – Wealth

Location: Columbus, Cleveland, Buffalo, Albany, NY (travel every other month or once a quarter for mocks and dress rehearsals)

Job Summary:
This position supports our banking client on various large wealth initiatives including a modernization.  

Top Responsibilities:

1. Gather requirements from the wealth business, create and drive the technical design, build flowcharts and diagrams
2. Design and define acceptance criteria and user stories
3. Participate in Scrum ceremonies including grooming
4. Analyze SQL and perform data mapping

 
Must-Have Requirements:

1. Lead-level technical business analysis with a software development background or strong experience on development/integration projects
2. Experience with technical design and architecture – APIs, pub-sub patterns, process mapping (tools don’t matter)
3. Wealth product domain expertise
4. Agile/Scrum experience – grooming, defining acceptance criteria and user stories
5. Ability to read and write basic SQL queries; data mapping experience
6. Must be outgoing, confident, and able to speak assertively in front of teams or leadership

 
Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with wealth platforms such as Pershing (NetX, NetXInvestor), FIS (Global Plus, Global Office), MoneyGuidePro, eMoney, Investnet
• Big Query or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Diagramming tools: Visio, Miro, Draw IO
